Whether we like or not, we all personify different archetypes of the human nature while at work and at home. This means that we all go through various positive and negative traits of archetypes like The Old Crone and the Wise Old Man, the Whore, the Harvester, the Man Child, the Generous Friend, the Weak One, and the Ambitious One. These are just a few of the many archetypes which are available, and each of these archetypes personifies both positive and negative traits, either of which a person can show in their behavior.

Archetypes in business are just as prevalent as archetypes in the home or among friends. In many cases, there are certain people who personify certain roles in the company, but people change and develop different archetypes over time or under different circumstances.
