Archetypes in Business

Whether we like or not, we all personify different archetypes of the human nature while at work and at home. This means that we all go through various positive and negative traits of archetypes like The Old Crone and the Wise Old Man, the Whore, the Harvester, the Man Child, the Generous Friend, the Weak One, and the Ambitious One. These are just a few of the many archetypes which are available, and each of these archetypes personifies both positive and negative traits, either of which a person can show in their behavior.

Archetypes in business are just as prevalent as archetypes in the home or among friends. In many cases, there are certain people who personify certain roles in the company, but people change and develop different archetypes over time or under different circumstances. Under pressure or during stress, someone can switch from one archetype to another. Many people find that they personify separate archetypes in the office and among their children. Also, archetypes become more valid the more in tune with your typology you are.

Unfortunately, when people show negative sides of individual archetypes, they are often doing so because they are in some sort of pain, either physically or psychologically. This means that, whether they like it or not, people can end up abusing substances because they are not addressing this pain appropriately. Drug abuse and alcohol abuse are both, indeed, signs of people who are not properly addressing pain which they have. While there are many solutions to these problems, I think we can all agree that substance abuse is never one of them.

Workplace drug testing exists to help you identify which of these employees may be abusing substance on your own jobsite. Onsite drug & alcohol testing is meant to help you do this in a cost effective way, onsite testing being one of the premier money saving strategies for many businesses throughout Australia. The result is that workplace drug testing laws are not needed for every industry of business, since companies everywhere are taking advantage of employee drug screening. Mediscreen provides this onsite drug screening, and we do so in a clean, professional manner.

Mediscreen and Work Ethics

Work ethics are not a problem for those of us who are well grounded with personal ethics, and who try not to step outside of society’s boundaries for appropriate personal behavior. After all, no one really wants to be so unacceptable to the masses that they cannot form close, loving bonds with friends and family. Work ethics comprise a huge part of what makes us work together efficiently. What are we supposed to do if everyone, instead of working together for the good of the whole company, just went our own way and formed our own agenda having to do with the work pieces, the projects, how to handle the clients, and how to deal with inner office squabbles? I mean, that’s a pretty disorganised system to find yourself in, and it means that you will not have nearly as much success overall. Now, take that same data and apply it to workplace drug testing laws. Alcohol testing and drug testing in Australia may not be required in your industry, but it is still a part of making your company a working whole.

Drug & alcohol testing is available through Mediscreen. We believe in helping you keep your work ethics strong, and we know that not every employee has the interest of the whole in mind when they decide to abuse substances on the worksite. The entire thing must be handled properly by your company, and this is where Mediscreen comes in. We provide onsite drug & alcohol testing to businesses all over Australia, and this means every single part of your company, no matter where it is located in this great country of ours. Work ethics much be upheld, not just by the whole, but by individual employees. With this in mind, Mediscreen provides these onsite services so that your workers can be tested right there in their place of employment. This is all not to mention the fact that it will cost you a lot less to have your employees take time off and actually be tested in a laboratory where you would be paying the overhead costs, anyway. It’s time for work ethics to be more active.

Healing from Old Addiction

After interviewing several recovering drug and alcohol addicts, I found them to have one thing in common: after choosing to clean out their lives, they had to start over from scratch. This did not mean necessarily that they had to find a new job and new relatives. Rather, it meant that their experience and knowledge of life had to be reformed, rather like they were children or babies inside of an adult’s body. There were of course many memories, but the reasoning part of the brain, the part that especially identifies who is what and what makes an identity whole again was gone.

Many friends and family members of addicts see their loves ones becoming less and less like themselves as they fall into their substance abuse. This is because as the substance abuse grows stronger, their identities are essentially being washed away. While, yes, many addicts retain old characteristics, the fullness of the character and depth of the person in their right mind has been diluted. This dilution continues until the individual is no longer the same person as they were before.

This means that, even after addiction has occurred and been recovered from, the individual will never have the same personality, same characteristic, or the same nature that they had in the past. Even if they come out of their addiction and build a whole new life for themselves, they must still rebuild their own personalities. That is quite difficult enough, to begin with. However, the real point is that they are never the same person as they were before the abuse. They are almost a completely different individual, with the same body, perhaps, but not the same mind.

As you see, drug abuse and alcoholism are dangerous problems to have and to behold. Workplace drug testing and alcohol testing were originated to help companies identify who is falling under this cloud, and who is able to maintain their own lives, addiction free. The end result is that onsite drug screening is needed by businesses all over Australia.

Don’t be Overwhelming

Do you have a forceful personality which does its own share of the work when it comes to convincing, persuading and sometimes bullying others? Force of will is a powerful tool to have, but it should be noted that you should not use this tool for anything but its intended purpose.

The truth is, no matter how resilient or tough someone is, they can still only handle so much information, before they become overwhelmed and literally have to stop listening in order to handle the overload. Unfortunately, this often occurs between a talkative woman and a listening man, and so therefore there are some unfortunate stereotypes about a man’s ability to listen, which are, I might add, not very true.

We come back to the subject at hand. You can easily avoid overwhelming people. The trick is to understand at what point your audience shuts down, and this is will different for every person. Every good English teacher will discuss the merits of keeping your thoughts and writing short, simple and clean. If you are familiar with the writings of Ernest Hemingway, then think of his example. If it cannot be said in a short, easy to understand statement, then cut out all of the fluff until it can be said that way. This may mean speaking less, thinking more, being very concise, and very blunt, at times.

Now that we’ve discussed how you can avoid overwhelming others, think of ways in which you can prevent your employees from being easily overwhelmed. On average, workers who are abusing drugs or alcohol are very easily overwhelmed because they cannot handle life. They cannot handle the simplest of lives that you or I would find quite easy because they have programmed their minds into needing comfort, rather than rising strong to overcome obstacles. This means that any substance abuse they engage in will only make this problem worse.

Help keep your workplace safe and emotion free by regularly implementing workplace drug testing to identify any employees who are bringing this unacceptable behavior to a professional worksite. To get more information.

Chivalry’s Last Stand

Workplace drug testing entered into our business marketplace about three decades ago, but it made itself known plainly and easily. Workplace drug testing begins with the employee, giving a fair and accurate assessment of their positive or negative test results. Then, it delivers this data, in scientific form, to the employer, showing that anyone can deliver quality, professional results if they follow this system.

So, why is drug screening necessary today, when it wasn’t so forty years ago?

The reason has to do with reputation. Now that we have laws governing even such things as reputation, men and women are not able to organically make judgments about and against each other as they once did. Now, reputations, while they may be clear, cannot be used to deny someone employment. More scientific reasons must be procured and presented.

This is why employee alcohol testing and drug screening are in place.

The test results deliver unbiased answers. They tell us what we want to know, and they do so without judging or condemning or anything else which can be pointed at and be accused of being slander.

Employees must actually show up and be professional. They do not have the option of getting away with drinking, binging, and drug addiction, as long their behavior is good enough when the foreman or boss is looking. No, they have to actually BE clean, not just act like they are. Furthermore, employees who wish to protest their termination of employment will not be able to argue with the drug screening results.
Has chivalry taken its last stand? Are there any people who use judgment and reputation anymore? Yes, there are quite a few. In this day and age, however, legal protection must be provided by scientific results. And for that reason, onsite drug and alcohol testing is the answer.

Chivalry is not dead. Professional behavior and social elegance still are inextricably interlinked. Men and women still are able to show each other respect and decorum. However, when it comes to the truth, legal certainty must be obtained.

Believing in Good Things

Good things come your way when you are always expecting them. Of course, it can be difficult to expect them when things like bills are being left unpaid, you have problems with your relationships at home, you are physically or mentally exhausted, or you simply don’t trust the people with whom you work. Expecting good things becomes even more difficult when the distrust of your coworkers becomes really founded on actually irresponsible behavior. Naturally, you want to do something about it, but you can over time become more and more angry and bitter. This means that you must strive to protect yourself, not only from the incompetency of your coworkers, but also from the angry bitterness which may rear its ugly head at the least expected and least appropriate times. To this end, we recommend that you use our onsite drug and alcohol screening services in order to help your company control the unproductive aspects of the business, as well as to help you control your own temper when things seem to really be getting out of hand. After all, people should take responsibility for their actions.

Fortunately, Mediscreen provides a service that few other companies can boast as proudly of. You see, we really bring an attitude of careful attention to detail and of quality professionalism to your workplace. By allowing a drug screening company within the walls of your workplace, you are defining the space not as a home away from home, but as a professional environment which enables people to do their best work, receive their best pay, and to go home with some measure of pride and self accomplishment under their belts. This means that everyone should be tested for both drugs and alcohol and that this procedure should be done on a regular basis in order to keep everyone on their toes if some people are more likely to stray over this boundary line than others. Quality standards must be kept, and people must retain some semblance of pride and dignity in their job. After all, what would it say if everyone, absolutely everyone, despised going in to work every day? Pride must be retained.

All the Safe Places

When did we all decide that it was cool to be dangerous? It’s understandable that, during our teen years, we embrace danger as part of our individuation from our parents or guardians. But to accept it as a whole lifestyle change is a bit much. It means that, as a whole, our lives have supposedly become too predictable. But we all know that that is not true. So, what could it be? Are all the cool kids doing it, so to speak? That’s a laugh. Safety does not mean being dull or boring.

Safety does not even mean security forever.

We, as humans, embrace the beauty and inspiration around us on a daily basis. Beautiful pictures, beautiful people, and wild, out-of-control storms. There are rollercoaster rides and scary movies. None of these are dangerous.

So, what are we talking about when we say all the safe places?

We are talking about the private place in your heart where you determine your identity, determine who you are and who you will be in the future, and why you are on this earth in this space doing these things. All the safe places are the spaces within our souls which rise up in judgment at too much law or too much lawlessness. All the safe places are the wild dreams we keep inside our heads which are fed by a desire to become more and to do and experience further.

Drug abuse and alcoholism in any form takes these safe places away from us. When a drunk or an addict try to contemplate their role in this world and the meaning of their own lives, their answers become more and more meaningless. There is no fire. There is no cold white fury. There is no unleashing of the spirit onto mankind. Instead, there is helplessness, impotence, and weak batting at the truth.

The purpose of workplace drug testing is to identify these people so that you can make decisions about their future employment in your company. It’s as simple as that.

All’s Fair in Love and War

The phrase that all is fair in love and war might slip off of the understanding of some people, so let us define it a little more clearly. For example, if you were to screw a friend over in your attempt to win a mutually admired girl, then this phrase would apply. Also, if the rules of the game or the international agreements were broken in order to get a particularly helpful initiative through and win a favorable position, then it would also be considered fair under the heading of this phrase.

The only time this phrase does not apply when people use it unilaterally to abuse their friendships and other people in their lives on a regular basis. There must be special circumstances to illicit the use of this appropriate action.

And, as for what is fair, many workers believe that management is screwing them over, while many managers have stated that their employees are just trying to get more and more out of them. The result is a tyrannical and unsafe environment of mistrust. It is therefore necessary to create some tools which both sides can use to determine the competency of the other. This is where employee drug & alcohol testing comes in. Both drug screening and alcohol testing are part of this scenario and everyone is to be tested, from senior executives down to the lowliest janitor or electrician. In this manner, many people can look at the situation, know that everyone is required to pass, and they will feel more protected by each party while at work.

The “all’s fair in love and war” phrase then is rendered partially mute by the use of drug testing in Australia. We have established a community with checks and balances, not unlike a democratic government, where everything is designed to work together to arrive at safe and sure decisions.

That is precisely what drug screening does. It helps people to understand for sure that their coworkers and employees are ready and willing to be professional while at work. It helps companies keep their established policies. It helps everyone.

Water and Fire

When drug screening in the workplace was first brought en masse approximately thirty years ago, many people protested against it. They said that it was a violation of privacy, freedom and a few other things. For a little under three decades now, drug and alcohol testing has gained wider spread recognition and it is now recognized as an effective employee evaluation tool. In fact, many employees support workplace drug testing because it really does ensure their own safety.

The controversy that first rose around this subject had to do with privacy rights and personal liberties. However, many companies recognize these rights to privacy by not disclosing test results outside of the business, unless compelled to do so by extraordinary circumstances.

In the past, people protested against the fire of intrusion.

Today, onsite drug and alcohol testing has built itself such a fine reputation that it shines bright to all who work in the company. It became soothing water.

Now, we have a difference in opinion about the best ways to drug test employees. No longer are privacy and freedom controversial topics. Now we have controversy over how to catch the pests who try to cheat the drug screening. How do we better catch them in the act or find out if they have adulterated the test in some way? How do we make sure that the data we receive from the tests is accurate and honest? That has become the new topic of conversation at companies specializing in drug testing in Australia. Fortunately, we have Mediscreen.

Today, drug screening has become very sophisticated, testing for really rare drugs and indicating a non-negative result if chemically something seems suspicious. Drug & alcohol testing has become synonymous with safety and protection and legal asset guardianship. It has become the norm for small businesses everywhere, worldwide, to implement screening in their employees. And, indeed, testing streamlines the process of employee evaluation and hiring. It has become convenient to use testing rather than to try to spend time and money establishing a personal rapport between employer and employee. Now, workplace drug testing laws are only in place in high hazard industries, though companies from every industry and every location and size use it heavily.

The Human Spirit Dominates

The human spirit dominates over all life. It is Biblical, it is evolutionary, and it is basic common sense. There is very little argument with the notion that the human spirit, be it arrogant or divine, dominates over everything and does it well and completely.

When humans are driven into destruction, it is amazing what they are capable of enduring and for how long they are capable of enduring this. Drug screening is a living testament to how resilient the human body is to long term drug abuse and how little it can show when done on a regular basis. There will always be a few employees who test positive on their drug screening and who you would not expect to do so.

Drug and alcohol testing is a living testament to how much the human body can put up with before it collapses completely. Drug abuse and alcoholism are both high toxic forms of self abuse and they both carry very serious long term side effects. Even if the body does not show these effects on the outside, it certainly shows up on the inside. The individual can suffer from sickness, disease, decay and many other forms of physical abnormalities because of their disease of self abuse. Drug screening and alcohol testing come into play heavily with regard to keeping both the physical disease and the self abuse disease out of your jobsite. It is not just a matter of safety. It is also a matter of life and of morale.

The human spirit also dominates when it comes to overcoming these physical and emotional abnormalities. Overcoming addiction is one of the hardest things to do, but it helps a great deal. The difference between before and after the addiction is like night and day, if each human spirit has the will to dominate over this pestilence. Alcohol and drug screening are available for any business in Australia which would like to keep their company clean and drug free. Onsite drug & alcohol testing is available through Mediscreen, and we would love to hear from you today.

The Difference between Tradition and Wisdom

Isn’t it interesting how tradition is always cited as the founder of great and ancient wisdom? Of course, we know this to not be true. As we progress through technology and other forms of rapid economic growth, we see how much more we can achieve by pushing the boundaries of the universe.

Of course, wisdom can still be obtained by studying old processes. Sometimes, understanding how something was done for centuries is necessary in your attempts to understand why we are doing it differently today. Perhaps, for your particular project, the old way is preferred and more effective. It all depends upon how much knowledge you have of people, the system you are using, the systems available to use, and the personality of this specific situation.

Not everyone wants the same thing or has the same goals. In fact, not everyone is sure of what they want. It all becomes a lot clearer when you find yourself realizing truths that you should have picked up on at an earlier age, or so it seems. The more we understand the world around us and our lives within this universe, the more we can distinguish between good advice and empty, space filling junk.

Alcohol testing, as well as drug screening, is meant to help you distinguish between truly reliable and unreliable employees. When someone is lacking general knowledge or life experience, they will find that typical workdays stress them out and that they feel attacked on a pretty regular basis. Of course, this does not have to be the case.

Tradition would dictate to use workplace drug testing because it has always been used. Wisdom, however, would dictate that using onsite drug and alcohol screening is a reliable process in the search to understand and better lead your employees. It means finding reliable workers and keeping them. It means being able to identify the ones who cannot or will not hold it together on the worksite. In fact, workplace drug testing laws exist to make this mandatory in certain industries which are labor intensive but not emotionally intelligent intensive. The difference is dramatic.

Sex and the Modern Man

Let’s deal with some societal archetypes in our world today. While women-chasing predators are labeled as players and sexually irresponsible, the modern man who is worth his salt is meant to engage in sex only several times a year with a woman to whom he is almost subservient.

Well, that is a far cry from the sexual archetypes of the past.

Men were once encouraged to channel, not suppress, their naturally sexual and aggressive strengths into acts of fighting, bravery, protection, production, and many other types of physically enduring and emotionally stabilizing activities. While we have the modern conveniences of today, these things are not necessary. Creativity and nurturing and traditional female archetypes are pushed onto the modern man, attempting to redefine the masculine nature. Of course, manipulation of any sort is ineffective against raw, primal energy, and both men and women have suffered from the current archetype of the modern man. When employees in a firm or business attempt to reestablish their own primal energy in various ways, the attempts themselves can be destructive when they do not fulfill their purpose. For example, when an employee feels TOO subservient to their boss, they may try to regain control over their environment by lashing out. Of course, this is inappropriate professional behavior, and there must be a system in place which prevents the next step in aggression or in self denial, which in many cases entails drugs abuse or alcohol abuse while on the jobsite.

Workplace drug testing is perfect for this occasion. Employees feel more in control of their workplace, managers and executives are able to keep a discerning eye on things without being too controlling, and order is established through actual performance and reputation, rather than perceived workplace politics.

Onsite drug and alcohol screening enables businesses to retain some of this primal energy. This helps their employees without demoralizing them through a series of verbal control mechanisms. The idea that control is the most important thing is ludicrous. Management must help people to work together and to form cohesive teams. Using drug & alcohol testing as a tool can help this to be accomplished.

Letting Go of Control

When you ride on a really exciting rollercoaster or go see a scary movie, there is so much to enjoy. You experience what would be a very real danger if it wasn’t for all the safety precautions, like the rollercoaster track or the fact that the movie isn’t actually real. For a brief instant, though, you feel as if you really are experiencing an exhilarating, dangerous moment, and of course the adrenaline and endorphins leave you feeling very good afterward.

If they didn’t, then the movie and amusement park industries would have been out of business a long time ago.

It feels good to let go of control every once in a while.

This same principle applies to people who wish to abuse drugs or alcohol. It feels good to feel out of control sometimes. Then, after a while, you get used to that sensation, and it becomes normal. So you abuse a little more each time, so that you still feel the rush that you felt the first time. Eventually, even if you are not looking for a rush, the resulting crash after the drug high is so unpleasant that you begin looking for a continuous supply of money and more drugs…and more alcohol. It is rare that you find an addict who is not addicted to both. They have very similar effects in the body, and they both leave you feeling both good and a little heady. That is a really cool feeling.

What makes workplace drug testing so necessary is that addicts still need an income to supply their needs. Drug screening has to be used because anyone can get a job for any reason, not just healthy reasons. Workplace drug testing laws are in place to protect certain industries from dangerous conditions caused by careless workers or employees who are under the influence when working around heavy machinery or explosives. Obviously, these are very important, but so is every office or jobsite. Alcohol testing is necessary because it helps gauge who is letting go of control during their free time, and who is doing it during business hours.

Intuition versus Logic

Intuitively, we can all feel what we believe to be “reality” when we step out our front doors and enter the world of business. Of course, that is not truly the case. We all see our realities through highly subjective lenses, and that is a good thing. Studies on optimism show that highly optimistic people tend to have self fulfilling prophecies about their expectations about themselves and their abilities. If something good happens to them, then they associate it with their own talents and abilities. If something bad happens to them, they believe that it is just a fluke and that they would succeed if they just try a little harder next time. Of course, neither of these statements is necessarily the case, either way, but it very much affects how they see the world and therefore their decisions about what they will do next and how they will interact with the world in the future.

If you have a high opinion of your talents and abilities, then you optimistic nature is likely to keep your very interested in continuing to develop those talents and abilities in the future. If something unfortunate occurs, your optimistic nature will assume that it was an accident or a coincidence, and that you should try harder and be more thorough in the future, but never give up. This facilitates trying again, succeeding, and therefore becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. People who are depressed do not have these mental habits, are far less likely to try again, and therefore have overall a far smaller percentage of successes compared with optimistic people.

Isn’t that interesting?!

This means that with your combined intuition and logic in an optimistic nature, you are likely to require a happier workplace, which is only possible with drug and alcohol testing. Onsite drug and alcohol screening allows you to see which employees are abusing substances and therefore which ones are most likely to be depressed or negative at work, thus bringing down the morale of their entire work unit. As an optimistic person, you know how powerful this is, and so you are more motivated to use drug screening in the future in order to raise your own company standards. Call Mediscreen today to learn how to do this: (+61) 1300 79 70 40.

If Only There Were Workers

When an economy takes a downturn, employment rates tend to also fall. However, an interesting situation takes place. While there If Only There Were Workersare fewer jobs available, there are also fewer good workers available. Many people don’t even look to become qualified for a position, because they often do not believe that such positions would be available for them. Then, poorer quality workers are hired, the economy suffers more because of it, and the downwards cycle continues.

If we humans did not think so emotionally, we would not allow this cycle to continue, but it is really difficult to keep an objective, emotionless perspective when the world around us looks bleak.

That being said, it is important to hire the best workers you can, no matter how much it cuts into your own income if you are a business owner. High quality workers increase the value of your business, and they are job security for you and everyone else in your company. That is a huge deal, and it should not be taken lightly.

At Mediscreen, our onsite drug and alcohol screening services help business owners to identify which of their employees may be abusing drugs or alcohol, and continued drug screening and alcohol testing helps to locate repeat offenders. These are people who may like their jobs, but who are not taking their valuable employment very seriously. And, as we all know, if they do not take themselves seriously, then there is no reason for you to take them seriously, either.

Where are all the workers? They probably are already employed, and they keep themselves employable through company loyalty, high quality workmanship, and by upholding the quality of their own reputation. Onsite drug and alcohol testing is instrumental in being able to identify these high quality employees. Screening tests are absolutely necessary when it comes to running your business well, and only hiring the best. In addition to that, testing does not cost very much, especially onsite testing, so you are covered, no matter what. That, of course, is a relief.

Now, to begin, you will want to check out our website to find out more on onsite screening services, and then you will probably want to give us a call: (+61) 1300 79 70 40.

Do You Like History? Do You Like Currencies?

If you are one of a group of people who love history, you understand how important it is in order to determine how the future might turn out. Even if you don’t know enough history to determine possible outcomes of the future, you may get just enough knowledge of human nature throughout history in order to see that knowing the future may not be as possible as you would think. While some markets are slightly predictable and offer predictors which affect direct trading, when it comes to political movements, there is really no way to know for sure. The thing about human nature is that you cannot always see who is really pulling the strings of the show in the background or in the foreground. So, predicting what may occur in a political election or after an officer gets elected is actually quite unrealistic.

Fortunately, in the simplistic and numbers-only markets available in the world, such as the currency based foreign exchange market which can be neither cornered nor controlled, it can be possible to tell what can happen in the future. If you are really cold hearted and cold in the head, you can perhaps become pretty talented at understanding how to read and predict the trends and movements in these simplistic, predictable schemes.

Of course, that causes a problem.

As soon as humans believe that they can predict one market, they often believe that they can predict another.

This can lead to a LOT of problems.

We often think that we can read people easily, when we cannot. We often think that we can predict humans easily, when humans are the ONE thing that we cannot fully and knowingly predict.

In workplace drug testing, you cannot predict who will pass certain tests, and who will not. However, you can follow a pattern of old abusive behavior, and hope that it will not continue in the future.Drug & alcohol testing is hard to implement when you care about your employees a lot. Unemployment and Reemployment

When workers become unemployed due to bad results from drug screening or something like alcohol testing they are put in a bad Alcohol Testingposition. They must find new work, all the while knowing that a potential new employer is not going to see them in a favorable light due to their previous drug screening results. Now, not all companies release that information, but what do you tell a potential new employer when they ask you why you were fired from your previous job?

Sometimes, companies request their employees to put in for a leave of absence while they go and get cleaned up, and sometimes workers are requested to turn in a resignation. That is a much softer way to go when getting rid of an unwanted employee. That way, the individual is not fired, but they are not recommended, either. Workplace drug testing takes the guesswork out of decisions which, forty years ago, used to be much more difficult to make. Anyone who could lie well and put up a really good front could weasel their way into a company, and many people understand that addicts can be quite talented at lying, whether or not they keep up the front after becoming employed.

After hiring someone who has shown addiction to or at least abuse of illicit substances at the workplace, they should not be tested with any more frequency than other employees, unless of course they show up to work and seem obviously drunk. Treating your employees with equal favor concerning alcohol and drug testing shows them that their behavior determines their success, not your preference for any one of them. That really helps when it comes to remaining an impartial observer of your jobsite’s activities. Your workers must see that you value what they put into the company, not efforts put into you individually. Onsite drug and alcohol screening can really be your way in to the big leagues when you are dealing with a lot of employees. Large businesses especially have to have a system in place to deal with a lot of faceless names. It must be a foolproof one. That’s where we come in: (+61) 1300 79 70 40.

Trust and Your Guardians

Trust is necessary in any human interaction and, for that matter, any animal interaction, as well. Of course, not everyone is capable of or perhaps worthy of trust, but trust is still one of the absolutely most necessary aspects of human relationships. Without it, or without enough of it, distrust can make everything go to pot. It can dislodge people’s faith in each other, not just in one person, and it can make people less likely to demand appropriate action from an individual who has harmed them.

You guardians are people without whom you are unable to live in the manner to which you are accustomed. Your guardians protect and look after the particular part of humanity which you yourself occupy. Without your guardians, you will be alone and without resources or connections with which to perform even the most elementary tasks and goal achieving.

Sometimes, guardians come in the form of parents, of siblings, of friends, or even of coworkers. If, at any point, these people who are meant to guard over your lifestyle are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they can no longer protect you and they can and perhaps will be able to attack you. This is a dangerous position to be if one of your guardians falls victim to the vices of the earth. Hmm, perhaps that is why vice is so forcibly punished in our day and age.

Drug testing Australia is enabled by companies such as Mediscreen, which help you to maintain this trust between employees and between the different levels of your company. There is so much competition in the workplace already that it is best to not have a ton of additional rivalry or lack of faithfulness in the business itself. Allow your workers to enjoy the atmosphere of your business by giving them the gift of safety and growing. This can only happen in a place where drugs and alcohol are not allowed on the premises. Drug &alcohol testing is perfect for this venue and onsite drug and alcohol screening is really convenient, so that you don’t have to send your employees to a laboratory. Call Mediscreen to set up an appointment: (+61) 1300 79 70 40.
